My 1993 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham has no power on the control side of the fuel pump relay pin number 85 i did have power before but i believe this happened when i made a mistake and jump 86 and 85 at the fuse box under the hood after that i found the 10 amp mini fuse for the fuel pump was blown i replaced it with another 10 amp mini fuse.

Fuse #4 on your I/P fuse block is a 10 amp shared with the BCM for your radio. I would say you have a blown fuse at location #11 on your fuse block under the dash on drivers side, it is a 20 amp. If that fuse is blown, you will not have a chime, will not have glove box lamp, will not have front cigar lighter, and willnot have LH information center.
