CIRCUIT DIAGRAM NC
What does n/o and n/c mean on a schematic diagram?
RL1 is a relay, a type of electrically-actuated mechanical switch swirls are the relay's coil, and the two lines indicate that it's wrapped around a magnetic core. The thing labelled N/O and N/C is also part of the relay; N/O is "normally open", which means that switch contact is open, or disconnected, when the relay coil is not energized.
microchip - What does NC mean in this pinout diagram for
\$\begingroup\$ This is a circuit diagram for a development board that the chip is mounted on. It may very well be that that's what the NC is referring to in the PDF I am referencing, but presumably it is connected to circuitry inside the ESP8266. \$\endgroup\$ – Octopus Dec 23 '15 at 2:34
Devices, symbols, and circuits:Reading and understanding
It is either a timer NO/NC contact or a relay NO/NC contact in a circuit. In addition, power devices such as circuit breakers and contactors are provided with NO and NC auxiliary contacts which are used for indicating the status of the device in signaling and interlocking circuits.
Circuit diagram - Wikipedia
A circuit diagram (electrical diagram, elementary diagram, electronic schematic) is a graphical representation of an electrical circuit.A pictorial circuit diagram uses simple images of components, while a schematic diagram shows the components and interconnections of the circuit using standardized symbolic representations. The presentation of the interconnections between circuit

Ladder Logic Basics - Ladder Logic World
Ladder logic is a programming language that is used to program a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller). It is a graphical PLC programming language which expresses logic operations with symbolic notation using ladder diagrams, much like the rails and rungs of a traditional relay logic circuit.

A Schematic Diagram not includes more details of the system. But probably most of the times a schematic diagram show all the important object of a system. For example, an Electrical Schematic Diagram shows drawing the of electrical circuit, you can see how to connect the component with each other’s.
Basic Switch: NO, NC and COM Contact Terminal | FAQ
Answer. NO terminal, NC terminal and COM terminal represent contact terminals' symbols. Each symbol means a single terminal itself: Normally Open terminal, Normally Closed terminal and Common terminal respectively. On the other hand, contact point a, contact point b and contact point c
Introduction to Relay Logic Control - Circuit Digest
A relay logic circuit is a schematic diagram which shows various components, their connections, inputs as well as outputs in a particular fashion. In relay logic circuits, the contacts NO and NC are used to indicate Normally Open or Normally Close relay circuit.
