Had a bad outlet last week. I replaced it and it worked fine. Yesterday it stopped working again. When I tested it, I was only getting 60V. I removed the outlet and tested the wires, still only 60V. The only other thing on this circuit is a ceiling fan that is working correctly. No GFCI, just the fan and the outlet. The wires don't look burnt. Very odd that I would only be getting a half of a leg.
